In this podcast episode I share my weight loss journey. Due to a back injury which I initially sustained in beginnining of 2019, and lack of exercise at my normal level I had put on excess weight.
In Sept 2019 I decided I wanted to lose the 28 pounds (2 stone) I had gained. I have exceeded my initial goal and have lost close to 35 pounds. In this video I share my weight loss transformation and how I lost weight and I also my weight loss before and after. I hope you enjoyed thispodcast and found it helpful!
