With a clear understanding of the science of Implicit Bias, defensiveness can cease to be a roadblock to communication and those same well meaning members of our society will be open to learning about their own Implicit Biases, the impact on the oppressed, and ways to minimize the negative effects.

Unmasking the Biasphere exists to educate its members about Implicit Bias, its impact, and the science behind it in an effort to provide them with the tools to protect themselves, educate others, and effect real progress toward equality.
