Welcome to Unmetered Minds. This intro episode discusses how the platform will help people with mental illness survive and maintain mental health. Bipolar, ADHD, anxiety and depression are just a few of the mental illnesses that we will discuss. We will post videos of survivors explaining how they overcame and how they are coping from day to day. We will also use other social media platforms such as YouTube, IG, Facebook and X and provide a different experience on each hoping to assist in providing relief in various forms.
