An interesting encounter sparked today’s episode. What do I look like? (Now, depending on where you are from, this statement may have a twist to it. I share a few in this episode from my Philly roots!)

Do you see the people around you? I mean really see them! When you see them what do you actually see? From an Estée Lauder exec posting a racially charged meme...to one nurse being the unmuted voice, there is something to be said about how we see other people.

We often view the world as a whole through personal experiences both good and bad. While that is not always a bad thing, it does mean that we need to be mindful of bias that can distort what we see.
