I dove in at the deep end and started with the episode about mental health. I instantly felt I was in good hands dealing with such a difficult topic. Even though I haven't listened from the beginning I really did feel comfortable with the hosts and like I was with friends! I think it's so important to talk about topics like this and it's so necessary to be honest and open with personal experiences. It was a great episode and I'm looking forward to getting to know Athena and Kristy more by starting from he beginning!

Firstly, I loved the intro theme to this podcast - I was hopping away before I knew what was happening. The voices are clear; that’s always the first thing I notice in a podcast. Usually I’d explain briefly what the show is about in the first paragraph of a review but this show covers a lot of ground so it’s pretty difficult to summarise haha Suffice to say, it’s a really enjoyable show. As some of the previous reviews have suggested, you can definitely feel the relationship between the hosts which helps you feel comfortable listening. Both hosts are really likeable and it’s actually quite relaxing to sit back and listen to the hosts cover whatever is on the agenda that episode. I found myself chuckling along with them. To summarise, it’s a really fun show - give it a try.

Love this podcast, the girls are really easy to listen to and have great chemistry. Was nice to learn something without being bored, they make the topics really interesting. You kinda feel like you're sat with them just having a chat. Everyone needs to listen and give them 5 stars!

I know I am going to love a podcast if I start responding out loud to the hosts while listening and I was immediately talking to my phone like these ladies were in the room with me. These girls and this roller coaster of a podcast keeps you from being bored. The name fits each episode, unpredictable, as each episode is completely different from the next. If you are curious to what a group of girls are taking about on Ladies Night then look no further.

This podcast is amazing. It's light and breezy at times....but Athena and Kristy tackle difficul topics with heart, and just enough levity to make you forget your anxiety. This is exactly the podcast you need in 2020. I highly recommend.
