Steve Cohen…who owns the West Hills Pizza Company... talks about the re-closure of his dine-in facilities and how the increasing rate of take-out orders and deliveries is saving his business…at least for now. He mentions getting PPP Money from the government to rehire those he initially laid off…and he’s now trying to re-adjust their hours so everyone keeps their jobs. He also would like LA County and the state of California to have more uniform rules regarding bars and restaurants…and to enforce them. (He also says the state may have reopened too early.) And he also mentions a friend who runs a nearby bar-restaurant…that may not survive.
