Many of you might know, but you probably don't.  I (Jon) worked for Saint Paul Brewing, formerly Flat Earth Brewing from 2017 - 2020.  This is where my love and appreciation for the craft behind craft beer embedded itself deep within my personality.  I hadn't had passion for a hobby or lifestyle since being in a band, and I was grateful and happy to be a part of it.  I am still friends with a good chunk of the fellow employees at SPB, including Head Brewer, Bob Roepke.  We invited Bob onto the podcast, thinking we would review some beers and shoot the shit.  But Bob, being the awesome dude he is, asked if some of his brewer friends could join.  Beers were flowing, including an exclusive Munich Dunkel.  Laughter and chaos ensued.  A huge shout out to Bob for hosting on the brew floor.  Shout out to Mimi and the SPB crew for all the help that evening.  Thank you to Bradley (Dual Citizen Brewing Co), Matt (High Pines Brewing Co), and Jeremy (formerly of Castle Danger & Urban Growler) for joining in on the fun, as well.
