Why I chose the name Uprise Your Life? Because I was being held down by my mediocre mindset. It was until I decided to break free from those thoughts and uprise my life to a better state. ***** The main reason I chose Uprise Your life is because for the longest time I was being held down by my own limiting beliefs. I love the word Uprise because it means to rise to a higher position or to get up from a sleeping or sitting state. Another meaning of the word uprise is to rise in arms violently. The words rebellion, insurrection, and revolt are also synonyms, and that is precisely what I am trying to achieve with this podcast; for you to rise against your limiting beliefs and uprise above your current state.

Now I have been able to break free from many limiting beliefs and uprise to a higher level, the fact that I am making this podcast is a result of that because for the longest time I was afraid and insecure that no one would listen to what I had to say.
