We understand that this phrase, "We Need To Talk", might trigger some people into a thing to run away from, fear, and not want to hear. We as a family, married couple, and even now as believers that are friends with each other, are starting to see that communication has a fear and a stigmatism to run and avoid, or just take "i'm ok" as no news is good news, or there's not a call to do anything instead of asking "how are you doing really?" and leaving opportunity for talking.
Being transparent and leaving that open door policy can let in some good wisdom, and understanding. We hope this helps shapes some things for you guys and you can join us in our journey as well!
In this episode we are talking about "asking the right questions" when you DO talk. (SIDENOTE: YOU DO NEED TO TALK) but I hope this brings up some good points to talk about when you're with someone you really want to know how you're doing and how they're doing.
