Pastor Darla Rakes currently serves as Evangel University’s ambassador to donors & students as she works with her husband, Dr. Mike Rakes, Evangel’s president, to further the reach and influence of the university. Prior to her work at Evangel, the Rakes co-pastored Winstom-Salem First, a thriving and diverse congregation in Winston-Salem, NC.
