Todays show features ex beef farmer and star of the BAFTA award winning documentary 73 Cows and all round true gentleman, Jay Wilde.
Jay tells us the story of his work on his Bradley Nook farm in Derbyshire, England, from forming a bond with his cows to the turmoil he felt as he took them to slaughter and to the battle between trying to stay true to his fathers legacy and saving the lives of the creatures he raised from birth.

Jay's story is heartfelt and an inspiration, sad and funny and ultimately joyous.
