Have you tried Alkaline water?  Recently I was told that it was necessary to drink this special water for better health.  Needless to say, I was skeptical as I am whenever someone tries to convince me there is something more healthy than vegetables ... I mean, it's hard to beat the health benefits of kale in my book.  Listen in and hear my opinion of alkaline water.
