In this episode Niels Schnadt and Mike Williams had the pure joy speaking to Issy Hill and Lucy Walker from Bristol about Bikepacking, the 3 rules of cycling, reading books while riding bikes and most importantly how they are preparing for the GBDuro.

The GBDuro is a self supported offroad bikepacking event from Land's End to John O'Groats via Wales. 

We will find out how they are preparing for the event, what to think of when doing bikepacking, we find out what it takes to find the right partner to take on such a challenge, how they met and how they blame Colin for everything.
