I don't have to tell you that 2020 has been a dumpster fire of a year. We all found ourselves at lows during the quarantine. During that period I felt myself go through a deep spiritual change. As I returned to school I noticed those around me also going through moments of change. What was it about this shared traumatic experience that triggered such growth? I'll be joined by my friends as we try and figure that out. We can always grow and learn and I hope these stories can help you on your journey just as they helped me.
