I was very eager to learn and dive deeper into the understanding of our physical cells. Soon to realize that the purpose of studying the nervous, endocrine, and immune systems was not to comprehend their complexities.

The purpose is to comprehend that there is a VAST world of perfection within us that we do not control, we do not understand, we do not know, and yet it functions in perfect synchronicity, allowing us the opportunity to LIVE and EXPERIENCE the beauty and wonder of life.

I share in this episode an overview of my takeaways. The biggest one was perceiving, at a new level, how my mind (and inner dialogue) is THE bridge that allows me to navigate the indescribable world of feeling and being.

An unknown/mysterious world, that in my particular case, I access through my body. The quicker I drop the mental story, the quicker I can access my body's wisdom. Ironically, I needed a little bit of technical info and rational explanations to FINALLY feel this in my bones.

Give yourself permission to inhabit the magnificent body that you are blessed to have.

Give yourself permission to feel ALL the feels. Then, and only then, will you access the bliss, the courage, and the intensity of being ALIVE.
