In 2022, interactive content will be the biggest thing. Our audience craves human connection now more than ever. We must take this at the forefront in strategizing how we bring our brands closer to those we need to serve by maximizing the trends and creating an interactive experience via social media.

✔️ Engage with POLLS. People like to click on the YES and NO options. What's unique about it now is you can create those polls and put different words in there that get them thinking or reacting to a particular question. Whether it's with your LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram, get your polls in there so that you get people's attention instead of having them just skip through your Stories. 

✔️ Engage with clickable CTAs. You don't just need a smart call to action to let your audience learn more about your content. Instead, use an actual link to guide them back to that YouTube video or podcast from your social media platforms. So what's unique about the clickable links now in those platforms is that you can edit the captions on the link itself. Change the verbiage there, so they know exactly why they need to go where you're sending them.

✔️ Engage with Q&As. Q&A has been around for years, and they're not going anywhere because people always have questions and love getting answers. As the expert and authority in your niche, why not do it more often? Do away with the traditional styles of reaching out because interactive content requiring input from people keeps them excited, curious and even intrigued. 

✔️ Engage with QUIZZES. This is a great way to gain interactive activity and grasp data-driven ideas and content directly from people. You can send quizzes out in email campaigns or link these in your Stories and actual posts where they can click the link to fill out the survey or quiz—if you couple this with giveaways and incentives, you will see a higher percentage of engagement and interaction.
