This week the boys are joined by rapper, podcaster, event organiser, and patron of the culture Lemzi. He's objectively the coolest person Barney has ever met, but he Barney did a good job of being chill about it. Lemzi talks to us about the work he has been doing to merge music and mindfulness with SPOKE as well as the outstanding In-Facts events that he co-founded. We also discuss Lemzi's creative project or CP, 'Outliers' and the creative process that led him to the finished project. 

Lemzi's VRP album is the powerful, impactful and iconic 'To Pimp a Butterfly' by the legendary Kendrick Lamar. Dapo could not hide from the fact that he put this album bottom of his Kendrick album ranking but that didn't stop this being a really insightful breakdown of this incredible piece of art .
