RECAP Celebration! RECAP - Regional Economic Community Action Program has come alongside the Orange County Office For the Aging to help get a hot meal delivered to seniors around the county. We, (GCC) have come alongside RECAP to provide the volunteers to deliver. This meal program goes on year-round, but since COVID-19 the Office for the Aging has had to close their office.
