"How do you get enough?" That's the question posed by the National Center on Physical Activity and Disability's video contest. They want to see how differently-abled or people with disabilities stay physically active.The detailsBeing physically active is good for every body. The intention of this video contest is to illustrate that people with disabilities do live healthy, active lifestyles as well as share various ways to get physical activity for individuals with disabilities and activity limitations.
