In episode 4, we discuss the personal journey of Gethin Ellis. He is a Nutritionist from England and started his business during the pandemic and later ended up quitting his job as a Chef. He works with athletes and regular people in order for them to meet their weight loss or fitness goals. He has worked with the likes of Darren Till and Tom Aspinall.
