Did I really ever see myself starting a podcast on the topic of Spirituality? 

Um, that would be a HELL NO. 

On this first-ever episode of Visions & Vibes,  I just wanted to give you a short background on the podcast, as well as share the story behind what inspired me to start this. 

You'll hear me talking a lot about "feeling our pain," and that was something that I didn't do for the first 38 years of my life. But now, the transformation and spiritual growth that has taken place since the reversal of that habit has greatly impacted my life.
