Hi I'm Viviane Jones. I'm a soul guide and a hypnotherapist. Viv in the Moment is my new podcast dedicated to topics that will aid healing to the most people at the moment I am recording.

Episode 1, Deep Breath, was initially recorded at the height of the BLM movement and the first wave of Covid-19 in many parts of the world. I embraced lockdown as an opportunity to do some deep introspection and ultimately had a few important realizations about where we as a whole have been and where we need to get to. But the panic and discord around me left me realizing that many people just need to understand that good decisions come from a place of calm, and so I started from the breath.

This recording is approximately 18 minutes long and includes one reading of an original poem that I wrote, entitled Deep Breath, that came to me link a download one morning.
