Suicide Prevention is near and dear to Bravo748. We have numerous Speakers who talk about Suicide Prevention and share the effects it has had on them both personally and professionally, as well as ways in which to address #SuicidePrevention. Twenty-two Veterans lost to suicide each day is too many – one is too many. Suicide IS a public health issue for our Veterans.We are reaching out to you to help us address the public health issue in a positive way, in the hopes that together, we can impact our Veteran community by synchronizing life with hope, love, and respect.CALL TO ACTION If you know a Veteran who has died by suicide, we are asking that you submit the following information as a message to the new Facebook page Veteran Suicide Prevention Project: Veteran’s First and Last Name, Military Branch, and Year of Death. This information will be printed on dog tags and given to another Veteran who will take an Oath specifically to continue living in the memory of the respective fallen Veteran. Chris gives out the dog tags on his journeys to various Veteran events, along with saying the Oath.
