In this session, we will discuss the challenges that women face in the business world and what it takes to be mentally resilient while building a business.

Speaker Camellia Wong shared how she balance motherhood and entrepreneurship as a Psychologist.

With the aspiration to provide more client-centric intervention programmes to the community, InPsychful LLP established in June 2018. The practice currently offers psychological service, wellness workshops for adults and youth, as well as training for schools, corporate organisations, and members of the public. InPsychful's training programmes specialise in youth-work facilitation, emotion management and performance monitoring, mental resilience and career success workshop for corporations.

Before InPsychful's establishment, Camellia was a Forensic Psychologist with the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) for approximately two years. During her time at MSF, she conducted psychological assessments for violent and sex offenders and provided individual and group treatment for violent youth and adult offenders.

With a passion for people, Camellia has more than 15 years of experience engaging with youths and adults locally and overseas (China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Macau, New Zealand, and the United States) either in her capacity as a leadership trainer, or psychologist. Camellia adopts an evidence-based approach in her training and therapeutic interventions and believes that client-centric processes are the most useful methodology for those whom she engages.

Speaker Josephine share on how she overcome career change and life as a mother and entrepreneur.

Josephine spent the last 13 years working in the public service where she coaches individuals who need a little nudge in their search for meaning in their work/career. Prior to that, she had a colourful career in the aesthetic and retail sectors.

She is equally passionate about work and life and used the last decade to study about human relationships, empathy, love and vulnerability.

She is extremely fulfilled working with professionals, couples, single parents, families and children as she is currently on this journey where she supports individuals in reflecting on the way they work, parent, and have meaningful relationships.
