Ian Boswell “Boz” joins the podcast this week! Ian is a former world tour pro cyclist and a dad to one!

Ian may not be on the world tour anymore but he is one hell of a gravel bike racer, he also hosts the Breakfast with Boz Podcast, is a volunteer firefighter, raises chickens, works for Wahoo, and is doing the dad thing! 

Ian and I caught up just a few days after his wife had started back to work, post-maternity leave. We spoke about his transition into fatherhood, cycling, the important role grandmothers and grandparents in general play, the balancing game of life, and much more.
