節目起源於 2020 年疫情的低谷,我靠腦科學冥想與自我覺察走出憂鬱,也決定把「生活化的冥想」分享給你,在忙碌裡把呼吸找回來。冥想不是玄學,而是一種能練習的心靈肌肉。


你會在節目裡聽到:


- 身心健康的觀點與方法:運動、飲食、荷爾蒙平衡、心理調適。

- 冥想在生活中的實際做法。
