The podcast seeks to help re-Christianize society and by extension help to restore Christendom. It seeks above all things to articulately explain Church teaching to both Catholics and non-Catholics alike. It seeks to re-educate its listeners into a robust metaphysical foundation of reality in a thoroughly Thomistic sense. It seeks above all things to provide a thoroughly Catholic worldview. Furthermore the podcast like the parent website seeks to embrace what could be considered Traditional Catholicism. It seeks above all things to promote things like traditional spiritualities within the Church and the promotion of robust doctrinal understanding of Church teaching. It seeks a love of ecclesiastical tradition and an emphasis on it. It seeks like a similar Norbertine motto “To seek forward to the future from the vantage point of tradition.” It seeks furthermore to seek what is good and reject what is bad as the Church has always done in authentic inculturation. It seeks to promote the understanding of the organic development of things including society and the Mass.” Organic growth. Not rupture but continuity. It seems to promote Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI’s liturgical reforms and the promotion of the Hermeneutic of Continuity by which we connect Church teaching with what came before. There are a variety of topics and genres that will be covered in this podcast as a means of seeking out the re-Christianization of society. This includes news and commentary on various issues, topics of a historical nature, apologetics, the culture war, and many other discussions touching upon philosophical, liturgical, or dealing with a theological nature, as well as various other topics.
