Thats right, we are talking about the weird rise of beauty products targeted to our hineys! Why are these being sold? Whose buying them?! And more importantly, what is so wrong with our butts ANYWAY!?

We get into that as well as how we are practicing self care these days. Whether it's through breathing exercises or physical exercise we dive into the practice of true self care and why companies should keep their grubby hands out of. Because although marketing may like to trick us into thinking so..a pampering face mask is not the end all be all to showing ourselves love and kindness. Whitney says all the time that self care is a VERB that requires continued and intentional effort on our parts. You cannot Sephora haul your way to it. . So today, we wanted to kick around some ideas of easy self care and how our brains actually respond to continued stress.
