Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude. I know, I know. Things aren't looking so great right now, but we need to get mad grateful. Try smiling and frowning at the same time, I'll wait.......go on, try it. You can't, gratitude does the same thing for our energy. It is hard to hold negative thoughts when we are meditating on our blessings. We will see the world in a whole different light. So please, count your blessings, write down 50 things you are grateful for, to hard, write down 50 things you are not grateful for and you will see things you can be grateful for. I'm sick, okay, I'm grateful that I am not sick.... and so on. I'll start, I am grateful that you will listen to this podcast.
