In a world of convenience, it’s easy to take things for granted. But a recent trip to the strawberry fields opened my eyes to the true beauty and hard work behind the fresh produce we enjoy. From the cute and raw beauty of the fields to the dedicated farmers and everyone involved in the process, I gained a newfound appreciation for every step it takes to bring these gems to the market. It’s amazing how small events can completely shift our perspective and deepen our connection to the Earth. So, let’s embark on mini-journeys, bring our loved ones along, and experience life through a fresh and grateful lens. Let’s take a moment to thank and appreciate every person who serves us, even if it’s just in our minds. There are countless individuals who go unnoticed, and it’s time to change that. I picked: strawberries, cabbage, kohlrabi, green lettuce, lacinato kale raspberries and blueberries.

Blueberries will be ready later along with lots of veggies and blackberries, watermelon, grapes etc.

There is a super cute country store, you can have lunch (until 2 pm) and ice cream, which is what I did🍦
