When it comes to traveling on a budget Lindsay Nikki knows a thing or ten. Traveling to over 30 countries and settling in Peru for 5 years, her and husband Victor Esteban are now on a road trip across the Americas, destination; Alaska. After working for the peace corps and establishing their own NGO, they decided to sell their Subaru Forester and purchase a 1982 Volkswagen van and hit the road. To Infinity and Chihuan is the name of their journey, which was expected to be completed in 2 years, but the current Coronavirus pandemic left them isolated on a ranch in Columbia while difficulty obtaining a U.S. travel visa may have set them back a year.
