Joe Soto is a life long wrestler (2x NJCAA All-American) and Bjj black belt that has competed in top fighting organizations from the UFC, Bellator, the Eddie Bravo Invitational as well as becoming the Tachi Palace Fights Bantamweight Champion.

Joe talks the ups & downs of the fight game including going from Jail to a champion in a short period of time & training in the Central Valley of California. We talk about his title fight against TJ Dillashaw, his MMA journey, steroids/ EPO, in the game, being a family man and rooming in college with UFC champion Jon Jones and title contender Colby Convington.
