Eric has been with Triangle for more than 11 years and has grown his skill set from the floor up. Recently he was promoted to Production Engineer and selected to be in the first round of the newly established NWS Leadership Development program. Recognized for his ingenuity and process development, Eric talks with Dax about some of his life experiences, especially a stint in the AmeriCorps Program, that has had a positive impact on his life.
