To kickstart my podcast, I decided to go with my first episode looking at the role the Mind plays in our daily lives. I honestly did not write down a single word of what I said because I wanted to see how much I could say, betters till how far I could express myself without having to structure the words said. I however concur the fact that we have an inner person within all of us that is powerful beyond measure and my aim and wish is that this goes out to influence or positively support if not one, then as many people as it could. Words are simply verbal expressions with immeasurable power.
