中廣氣象達人節目，由彭啟明博士主持。氣象達人為全台唯一專業氣象廣播節目，每週六下午由氣象博士彭啟明主持。節目中天氣大小事以生活化的方式預報下周全台天氣概況；談全球發生的天氣議題；天氣對談廣邀各界來賓，探討天氣如何影響我們的日常生活與經濟發展；氣象call in單元增加與聽眾的互動。由於台灣民眾對於天然災害的認知普遍不足，本節目推出後，收到許多好評，並有部落格網站搭配互動，反應熱烈。氣象達人讓聽眾不僅了解氣象，更懂得如何去應對，作好天氣風險管理，2005 年本節目被中廣選定為優質節目。節目製作人兼主持人：彭啟明博士 節目播出電台與時段：中廣新聞網，每周六下午15:00~16:00
