Now that we're coming to the end of another year, it's a good time to stop and pause to think about what's next, what's most important, and how to achieve what you want.

Like all good running backs in football, we need to pause long enough to see where the opening is and then run through it as fast as we can as soon as we recognize it. Without that pause, we could end up getting tackled for a loss.
