Nicole explains that, as webinar presenters, we get the opportunity to be a teacher and present lessons that will help people. It takes time to get better as a webinar presenter, to refine the delivery and improve our skills. If it is a big webinar it is very helpful to have one or more people monitoring the chat and helping with the webinar.  If we don’t take action to get started then we can’t get better.
