Vivian Shaw is the author of Strange Practice and Dreadful Company, the first two novels in a Gothic urban fantasy trilogy starring Greta Helsing, doctor to the undead. Her hard-SF horror short fiction has appeared in Uncanny magazine and is forthcoming in 2019 from Pseudopod. In her spare time she collects fountain pens and terrible vintage cookbooks, studies air crash investigation, and writes fanfiction under the name of Coldhope.
