This is a major axis through the center of Paris from east to west.Its name evokes the victory of Napoleon at Rivoli against the Austrians. The oldest part towards the "Place de la Concorde" is the most luxurious and has elegant arches topped with neoclassical apartments that today house bookstores and fashion boutiques.Walk along the Rue Castiglione under the arcades and go to the Place Vendôme.
