Hello Friends,

This week’s episode is all about equanimity, which is apparently my current life lesson, since it’s the word I keep hearing over and over again when I tune in and ask, “what am I meant to be learning here?”

I knew what the word meant, but never really had cause to examine what it means. So, after about the 100th time hearing “equanimity” in response to my searching questions, I asked the internet for a definition, and it said, “noun: mental calmness, composure, and evenness of temper, especially in a difficult situation.”

Well. Ok. Of course.

I hope you’re finding yourselves mentally calm, composed and even of temper in all the difficult situations you might be facing these days. And I hope these stories of how I’m currently learning this, one step at a time through the wild dark forest, help you navigate whatever you might be facing.

Sending love and light,

Jodie
