Martin currently works as a Freelance Certified Facilitator, Trainer and Consultant. He is the President of ICA International and is also a current associate of the ICA UK. Martin is also the Former Chair of International Association of Facilitators. Martin Gilbraith has been a facilitator and trainer for over 25 years. He began his career doing grassroots community development work in India, Africa and the Middle East, after awakening to his own passion and commitment as an international volunteer in 1986. Since 1997 he has worked with a wide range of clients in the UK and overseas. Martin’s specialties include facilitation and facilitation training particularly in the ICA’s Technology of Participation (ToP) methodology. Martin also specializes in work in the areas of non-profit management, governance, and social enterprise.
