You emotions are normal and valid and this practice will help you embody more self compassion for yourself.
Learn the steps to validate and exercise the validation in your day when you start to feel uncomfortable in the body. Using these practices help you release uncomfortable emotions so that they aren't suppressed in the body to cause pain or illness.
