"Welcome to the Wellbeing and Career World Podcast, I am delighted to be chatting with holistic nutritionist Rachel Kalmar.Rachel has a B.Sc in HUMAN KINETICS and is also a qualified CERTIFIED NUTRITIONAL PRACTITIONER, and THERAPEUTIC NUTRITION AND SUPPLEMENTATION with an approach towellness from an integrated standpoint including evaluating environmental factors, emotional stress and mental wellbeing, lifestyle habits and the food we eat. Rachel steer's away from the "one size fits all" method and focus on the uniqueness of each client in order to uncover the origin of their specific gut issues and/or chronic pain. She has traveled down this path, feeling lost and unsure what was triggering her symptoms.Rachel is passionate about giving her clients the answers they have been longing for and leading them to the light at the end of the tunnel.

What is Bloating and the possible reasons behind it? Does Gut health change with age and or is it different depending on Gender? I know this might be an embarrassing question for the ladies and gents out there, but what foods determine how much GAS we pass top and bottom and are there any triggers to when excessive GAS maybe a cause for more serious health issues? What about Reflux, is it ever avoidable and any suggestions on natural ways on how to reduce Acid Reflux?  What services do you provide and can you explain GUT REHAB?
