We talk to Welsh music legend Rhys Mwyn about how hearing the Sex Pistols changed his life, the importance of relentless gigging, managing Catatonia in their early days and how the likes of Anhrefn, Y Cyrff and Datblygu paved the way for the future generations of Welsh bands, especially Welsh language bands.
