This week the girls were joined by Registered Acupuncturist & Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Laura Burns to discuss the importance of healing using Astrology. The girls ask who would benefit from a healer, is healing a conscious or unconscious activity and how to suggest healing to loved ones in need. Laura discusses how trauma lives in the body, how to develop a toolkit to manage day to day stresses and a reminder that we are all going through life for the first time- so give yourself some grace.
