Drag queens: Bob the Drag Queen,  Eureka, and Shangela recruit and train small-town residents in Gettysburg, PA to participate in a one-night-only drag performance. Erica was trained by Eureka, and she was having problems with her bisexual daughter. Hunter is a gay guy who is not fully supported by his dad, and Shangela helps him find his place in his family and the world. Bob the Drag Queen helps Darryl, a black man in a predominantly white neighborhood step into the role of a straight ally. The performances go off with a hitch, and help the 3 find what they were looking for.
