This is a different Three Things! Instead of one person sharing Three Things, we have three people sharing One Thing they have learned in their time on the planet. Our amazing new guest is Dr Laurena Law who is an Integrative GP. A conventional doctor by training, Laurena integrates the best of both evidence-based approaches in functional medicine and traditional Western medical practices. We also welcome back Dr Vanessa Wong, Three Things’ favourite psychiatrist who will share more of her insights into mental health and living well.
