Learning through your experiences is one thing; being able to teach and assist other through your knowledge and life experience is king. Ric talks to us about how his career began as a Clinical Social Worker with Mental Health and Substance Abuse and how he career has evolved to running an outfit of 10 successful and immensely intelligent individuals who work as consultants and teachers for treatment programs. Ric also dabbles a bit behind his camera; working most notably as a photographer for the Cleveland Browns, Ohio State University Men’s Ice Hockey and any/every sport that Brunswick High School has to offer.
