Let’s discuss today how I went from employee driving four hours a day to work and back to running my own agency in under six years.
I realized something about myself after a few years, I was a terrible empoyee. I’m really pretty terrible at it. I was good at my job but my soul wasn’t in it. I hated the drive. Sometimes I wanted to sleep until 8 AM. I didn’t feel like dealing with office politics. I didn’t always love the client work. I didn’t always love the industries we worked for. There had to be more for me. I couldn’t keep bouncing from job to job.
Once I realized location independence was possible, I knew that was for me. I was capable of being my own boss. But the thing is that if I can do it, so can you. Take a listen to hear how I realized I was meant for more and how I changed my world.
