Twenty-five million women a year are going through menopause. 75% will experience symptoms and 25% will experience severe symptoms that are life disrupting. These include, but are not limited to severe anxiety and depression, insomnia, moods that are unstable, weight gain, cardiac symptoms, and even cognitive dysfunction with a complete inability to focus.
